1. How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation for the packages, please email to golf@apakaba.com.sg in the following format.

(a) Name of Package (eg. Ria Bintan Weekend Daytrip Package)
(b) Date of Play
(c) Date/Preferred Time of Departure & Date & Time of Return
(d) Full Names of ALL Passengers (as per the passport)
(e) Date of Birth
(f) Passport Number
(g) Expiry of Passport
(h) Nationality

2. What are the ferry timings / schedule to Bintan island?

3. What is the cancellation policy?
With the recent revision on Ferry Fares & reservation procedures, the following penalties have been imposed by Bintan Resort Ferries:
(-) Cancellations/replacement of any passengers are not permitted and will be subjected to the full ticket fare.
(-) Amendments made less than 7 working days prior to departure are subjected to a S$5.00 per amendment fee.
(-) Cancellations made less than 8 working days prior to departure will be subjected to the full package charge.
(-) No show & cancellations on departure date will still be subjected to full package fare.

4. What if I have non-golfing friends travelling with me?
We will have packages for non-golfers as well.
Please email to golf@apakaba.com.sg to ask about our non-golfers rate.

5. How do I settle the payment?
We will ask for your credit card details as a guarantee after all the arrangements have been finalized.
Actual payment for the package will be collected at the Ferry Terminal, upon check in.

Cash, cheque, Master Cards or Visa Cards are all welcomed. We, however, do not accept AMEX cards.

6. The courses / hotels that I am interested are not listed here. How do I get a quotation for that?
We can tailor the packages according to your preference.

7. Are the rates above applicable for public holidays?
The promotional rates above will not be applicable for public holidays.
